    At EntertainmentCollectibles.com, our top priority is providing the best customer service possible. If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase, EntertainmentCollectibles.com will accept returns on non-customized products within 30 days of receipt of merchandise.

    Returns must include the following information for refund:

    1. An RMA number from EntertainmentCollectibles.com. This number may be obtained by calling our customer service number at (800) 793-9793 or emailing us.

    2. Reason for return

    3. All packaging from original shipment(s)

    4. All Certificate of Authenticity material (when applicable)

    Once we receive the returned merchandise, we will credit your account within 10 business days. Whichever carrier you choose, we suggest you insure the package and have it traceable to our warehouse. Your refund will be processed, less a 15% restocking fee for returned merchandise.

    In the event that a return is the result of an error by EntertainmentCollectibles.com, the customer will receive a full refund, including shipping and handling charges. In this event, a pre-paid return shipping label will be emailed to you for return of the item(s).

    For all damaged shipments, it is the responsibly of the buyer to contact EntertainmentCollectibles.com within 5 business days of receipt of product to file claim. Any damaged product will no longer be the responsibility of EntertainmentCollectibles.com if notified after the 5 day period.

    What are your shipping rates? Do you ship overseas? How can I track my order?

Please note, shipments outside of the United States do take longer to arrive. Sometimes the holdup is with your local customs and postal so please advise them you will be receiving a package from us. Please allow 1-3 business days to process your order and prepare it for shipment. Once this has been done, your tracking number will be automatically emailed to you. If you still cannot track your package, please give us a call 800.793.9793 or email us.

    Do you charge sales tax?


    Sales Tax is calculated based on the shipping address. Sales tax of 7% is added to all orders that are delivered in the State of Florida

    How can I change or cancel my order after it has been placed?


    If you need to change or cancel your order please call or email us as soon as you can. Once we receive your order, it is quickly sent for processing. Depending on the items, orders may vary in length of processing time. However, once the item has been shipped you cannot cancel it. Email us or call us at 800.793.9793 to make changes to your order. Our Customer Service hours are Monday through Friday, 8:30am through 5:30pm, Eastern time. Please note that orders needing updated after this time will not be addressed until the next business day.

    We do not offer a printed catalog. All available items are listed on our website.
